Tonight we celebrated an early Christmas with Missy's family. We did our annual trip to Brookfield Zoo. We wound up with an extra parking pass and several entrance passes, and so we decided to perform some acts of kindness. We randomly selected 5 groups to bless with our extras, and they were thrilled. It was a fabulous start to a wonderful evening!
After the zoo, we returned to our house for pizza and gifts.
No, I didn't make these lovely treats, but they were the perfect accompaniment while we watched the movie Elf.
After tonight, I'm so ready for Christmas!
